ICON A5. It’s a LSA (light sport aircraft) so the license requirements to pilot it are very attainable for the average Joe (although with a price of ~$250k, this particular plane isn’t all that attainable).

The RV-12 is arguably easier to fly and is half the price . Plus, you can actually buy it. Too bad it lacks the marketing hype of the Icon A5 which isn’t even on the market yet.
